Selling is a critical commercial capability, but in smaller businesses this often does not receive the same investment in skills development as other departmental disciplines. The difference between poor profits and great margins can be effective selling.
Who should attend?
- This course is intended for people with some sales experience, or who are in a sales role. Role-play and exercises will give participants the opportunity to practice and develop their skills during the workshop, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes for maximum learning. This course will be practical, giving you the opportunity to explore and develop your skills in this vital area. It is appropriate for those in a sales role who are looking to take their skills to the next level.

This workshop will help you build upon your existing sales skills and by the end you will have a clear understanding of:
- Managing and overcoming objections
- Asking closing questions to secure customer action
- Self-analysis to fine-tune your sales skills

These workshops are delivered as part of the Business Ready programme to support tech based and knowledge intensive small businesses based in the Coventry & Warwickshire LEP area.
