CUE Business Solutions is offering a series of workshops through the Coventry and Warwickshire Business Support Programme, the workshops are part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

If you have an innovative Technology-based Business idea and have not yet started a business or you have been trading less than 12 months please see whether our FREE workshop would help you.

This workshop is designed to give you the skills to produce your business plan – but in a whole new way.

The Lean Model Canvas encourages you to capture the elements of your business plan on one page. Clearly, this plan wouldn’t be suitable for an investor seeking a more detailed approach – but for you to use daily – the approach is far more dynamic and visual.

Previously business plans could be complex, lengthy and time-consuming to complete and as a result left to gather dust never to be reviewed again - making a poor return for the time and resources you invested in their production.

Basically, your business idea needs to address a problem big enough to be worth solving. Then you need to create a solution using customer engagement at every stage, confirming your business assumptions do indeed reflect reality.

This workshop will give you the confidence to develop your ideas through a clearly defined structure.
