Join Owen David, ICT Programme Delivery Manager from Warwickshire County Council (WCC) to hear a real example of how to enable fully-integrated remote data collection for staff. WCC has deployed a remit of bespoke apps to modernise the workforce and ensure staff can gather, share and store critical audit information efficiently.

You will learn first-hand how mobile working has had a positive impact on Warwickshire County Council staff. Owen will explain:

  • How WCC deployed several apps, including Fire and Rescue and Property Inspections
  • Why the solution fulfilled the business case behind the mobile working project
  • The improvements to the way staff work, as well as compliance with H&S regulations
  • Potential pitfalls to be aware of when planning, creating and launching mobile working projects

There will be a demonstration of the Council's innovative mobile apps!
