CU Social Enterprise: Recruiting for An Enterprise Programme Officer

Coventry University Social Enterprises are looking for 1 or 2 people to fulfil this creative administrative and programme delivery role within our expanding entrepreneurial team at CU Social Enterprise. This is an ERDF funded programme due to complete December 2018. Initially a 12 month contract with a view to extend for the right candidate. (subject to funding) We are willing to consider job share, term time/school day flexibility alternative working patterns to enable us to get the right candidate(s) for this exciting  position within a very dynamic and entrepreneurial team. Must be willing to work unusual hours to help support the Evolve Programme delivery. Post Title: Enterprise Programme Officer

Salary: £20k - £25k Per Annum

 

About the role:

Purpose: 

  • To support the organisation in the development of the Evolve Programme - an enterprise programme for students and graduates in Coventry & Warwickshire.
  • Providing business guidance and support to new businesses
  • Marketing experience with strong skills and expertise
  • Teaching development and delivery experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Administration of Evolve Programme - part of the Coventry & Warwickshire SME Growth Programme
  • Be first point of contact for enquiries regarding the Evolve Programme
  • Managing related administrative systems including CRM and database management

Marketing:

  • Maintaining an appropriate social media profile of CUSE as a whole and this programme in particular.
  • Liaising with marketing to ensure agreed marketing actions are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Design and Adobe CC proficiency.

Enterprise Festival:

  • Administration of and attendance at all events
  • Ownership of operational elements

Other Duties:

  • To represent CUSE at a range of networking events and conferences
  • To be the initial point of contact for all enquires at the Enterprise Hub
  • Any other duties that may be required
