2016 will see the launch of the NEW MIA Motorsport & Automotive jobs fair, aimed at students, graduates and universities, hosted by employers from the motorsport and automotive sectors.

Employers take centre stage at this all-day fair, showcase your company and brand utilising the motorsport halo, the fair is the ideal platform to get your company known to the audience, allowing everyone to understand the roles available within the motorsport industry within and outside Formula One.  

Exhibition booths are available for motorsport, automotive companies, education providers offering further education courses and a limited number of recruitment consultancies. 

Motorsport & Automotive companies, why should you attend? 
Sign up if you are an employer wanting to provide talented, work-eager young people with the opportunities that will help them fulfill their potential and develop their careers. This event is open to organisations able to offer real employment opportunities for Graduates, Students, School Leavers and young people interested in training and apprenticeships. The MIA will be actively engaging with schools, colleges, universities and media to ensure the fair is well attended and represented from all suitable interested job seekers. 

  • An opportunity to meet potential recruits - you can emphasise to them the benefits of working for your business.
  • Project work - you can promote your placement opportunities to students who can work for you for a limited time period and carry out specific pieces of project work.
  • New ideas, understanding or technology - you can promote your employment opportunities to students who can help your current staff implement new business ideas, understand new business practices and develop / implement new technologies. 
  • Placement to Graduate recruitment - If you are impressed with the work and performance of a student who has completed a placement with you, you can then offer the student a graduate level opportunity which they can start after they graduate. Perhaps one of your representatives could be a member of your staff who started working with your business as a student on placement.
