Winning Business in South East Asia
Organiser
South East Asia is the fastest-growing region in the world and economic growth and development are expected to exceed the global average for the foreseeable future...
By 2030, South East Asia’s economy is predicted to eclipse Japan’s and be world’s 4th largest ‘single market’ after the EU, US and China. Steady growth combined with investor-friendly government policies have attracted businesses keen to explore the vibrant new domestic markets that are emerging.
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) predicts that the size of the middle class in emerging Asia will increase from 24% of the population in 2010 to 65% in 2030. This is driving new consumer demands for many products across a wide range of sectors.
In partnership with Britain in South East Asia (BiSEA) this is your chance to meet with representatives from the following markets:
- Cambodia - Ritchie Munroe, British Chamber of Commerce Cambodia
- Indonesia - Chris Wren, Executive Director, British Chamber of Commerce Indonesia
- Malaysia - Aurelia Silva, Executive Director, British-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce
- Myanmar - Chloe Taylor, British Chamber of Commerce Myanmar
- Philippines - Roy Dallison, Consultant to British Chamber of Commerce, Philippines
- Singapore - Carole McCarthy, Business Services Manager, British Chamber of Commerce Singapore
- Thailand - Greg Watkins, Executive Director, British Chamber of Commerce Thailand
- Vietnam - Peter Rimmer, Executive Director, British Business Group Vietnam
