Here’s what you can expect from the event:

  • Workplace conflict can be costly, but with the right support, you can prevent it. Did you know UK employers spend around £28.5 billion a year on conflict-related issues?
  • That’s roughly £1,000 for every employee and nearly £3,000 for each person directly involved in conflict.
  • Each year, nearly half a million people leave their jobs due to conflict, leading to a total recruitment cost of around £14.9 billion for businesses.
  • Additionally, around 874,000 employees take time off due to conflict, which costs businesses an estimated £2.2 billion in lost productivity.
  • In a recent CIPD survey, over a third of employees experienced conflict at work last year, with many reporting stress, lower motivation, or anxiety as a result.
