Business Planning and Finance (Leamington) Session 3/3

There are three sessions which we recommend you attend in order but this is not essential. You are welcome to book into any of the workshops held accross Coventry and Warwickshire - be sure to check out our Masterclasses.

  • Business Vision and Strategy:
    • This workshop will help delegates to consider and map out their vision for the new business and then consider the various strategies that they will need to achieve their vision.
  • Winning and Keeping Customers:
    • This workshop will help delegates to develop their marketing strategies bu understanding teir target audience, the various elements of how a marketing strategy needs to fit together to work, their time constraints and how to keep customers once they have been secured.
  • Business Planning and Finance:
    • This session covers the key issuesinvolved in developing your business plan and forecasting your financial projections for your business.

Who are these sessions suitable for?

  • Our sessions are aimed at clients who are considering starting a business or those that have been trading less than twelve months. The workshops are designed to lead on from eachother, but please feel free to book into whichever you feel are appropriate for you.

What should I bring?

  • You will need a pen and paper to take notres during the sessions

Venue details

  • Please use one of the Public Car Parks as the venue fills up very quickly

I can no longer attend the workshop, what should I do?

  • Please either cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or contact the office. This ensures we can give your place to someone else and can continue to provide free support to start-ups accross Coventry and Warwickshire. Unfortunately, clients who do not notify us adequately may face an admin charge and be refused from future events.
